We Train and Consult for Highly Driven Therapists

Our expert-led programs offer innovative and accessible in-person and virtual education tailored to the demanding schedules mental health professionals. Whether you’re seasoned therapist or just starting, we have a place for you.

Practical, Accessible Training

Some of our trainings are designed exclusively for therapists; however, many of our trainings can be catered to other professions or settings (youth organizations, churches, medical professionals, executives, and more). Please contact us today to learn more about whether one of our trainings is right for you. A few we currently offer are:

Burn-out Prevention: Pastors, first responders, and even moms can benefit from this training designed to increase self-care, boundaries, and stress management.
Childhood Sexual Abuse Prevention: Katie is a an authorized Darkness to Light (link to website: https://www.d2l.org) Facilitator, making her uniquely qualified to help churches, schools, and other youth organizations prevent childhood sexual abuse.
EMDR Basic Training I & II: Katie is also a trainer with the EMDR Support Network. Please contact us directly if you want to do basic training with Katie as the trainer, but all of the trainers with this organization are fantastic. You can find a list of their trainings on their website. Soon they will be offering some additional trainings for those that have already been trained in EMDR.

Quality, Attainable Consultation

We are experienced consultants and work hard to maintain high-quality consultation for therapists wishing to advance their knowledge and careers. If you wish to sign-up for one of these groups, contact us today to get started. These are a few of the types of consultation we currently offer:

Individual EMDR Consultation: We do individual EMDR consultation for those in the certification process, those wanting to be consultants, and those just wanting to bounce a few cases off of someone that does a lot of EMDR. Our individual consultation times vary based on need/availability and can be virtual or in-person. Each consultation is 1-hour. We have done EMDR consultation for therapists across the country and are happy to help you in this journey. Our consultation is intentionally affordable because we believe strongly in the growth of therapists. To see a consultant is $90/hour and to see a consultant-in-training is $60/hour. Group EMDR Consultation: We encourage all therapists doing individual consultation with us to also participate in group consultation because we see the benefit of therapists hearing from other therapists. Our group consultation is generally 1-hour. We always have groups for consultation for certification running, and have at least one group for consultation to become a consultant per year. The times for these groups are generally during the noon hour (eating lunch is welcome), but there are often Friday or early morning times available as well. These groups may be virtual or in-person depending on the needs at the time. Our group consultation is the most affordable option at $35/participant for each 1-hour group. For certification and consultation you can do up to half of your consultation hours in a group setting. For more information about how group consultation works, visit www.emdria.org.
