For Current Clients

Existing clients can use Simple Practice, our client portal, for 24/7 account access and scheduling requests.

Use the portal to access the following client information directly.

Communicate with your therapist or consultant
Access your account
Download statements, invoices & other documents
Pay your bill & set-up Auto Pay
Manage your appointments

The client portal is not for urgent or emergency communication. If you are experiencing any sort of emergency, call 911 or 988 immediately or head to your nearest emergency room. Please allow 1-2 business days for therapists/consultants to respond to specific requests or questions.
